TMI Malaysia held its annual Best Practice Forum recently on 27 May 2015. Attended by more than 100 participants, the audience heard from American keynote speaker and customer service expert, Shep Hyken on how to create amazement for customers while General Manager for DoubleTree by Hiton, Ian Barrow explained how the hotel hits its customers’ sweet spot through its touchpoints. The participants also enjoyed taking part in the DoubleTree’s renowned “Cookie Hunt”, which was hosted by the hotel staff. TMI CEO George Aveling then wrapped up the forum by championing Gladiator Tips that will help any organisation successfully build a sustainable and strong branded customer experience culture.
