George’s talk will be on the “7 Essential Steps To Create A Branded Customer Experience Culture” as part of the conference’s theme “Accelerating Forward”. CCAM is the foremost contact centre organisation in Malaysia and was founded in 1999 to develop the local CRM and contact centre industry in the country.
